The Next Quest

SpiriSculpt is far from finished. There are many adventures to be experienced now that the Quest has been etched into your consciousness.

As of this writing I'm challenging others to share their own Quest experiences with me. This book is, for the time being, intended to be a blog where others can share their own stories and insights. Maybe one day we’ll take all of these stories and make it into another volume. If you're reading the eBook now, please feel free to share your insights and experiences at www.SpiriSculpt.blogspot.com.

The 9 Day Quest

Since taking the Quest in September, I’ve been developing a 9 Day Quest which helps in mastering each of the phases on a shorter term basis. It is my hope that one day I will obtain Unconscious Incompetence where I won’t need these exercises to reconnect to Source.

My 9-Day Quest took place in April of 2013. During that time I had gotten married on a beach in Florida, lost my grandmother, while rehearsing for another theatrical performance. Needless to say life was as busy as ever. I'm still dedicated to my daily A Course in Miracles training and am feverishly/joyously working toward releasing SpiriSculpt to an appreciative audience.

I recommend taking the 30 Day Quest at least three times before attempting the 9-Day Quest toward Unconscious Competence. This phase represents what Campbell refers to as "The Master of Two Worlds". As spiritual beings I believe our destiny is to heal ourselves here on earth in order to create in heaven. With healing comes the ability to create miracles in our own lives as well as facilitate the creation of miracles in someone else's life. Miracles are not necessary in heaven as you are already healed and perfect. Miracles are necessary on earth and can be more than just the physical healing of the body. They can also take the form of a healing in relationships, finances and self-growth.

I said this in the introduction and I'll say it again: You don't need this or any other program because your spirit is already Whole. If you feel your ego is making things especially difficult for you, SpiriSculpt is a tool for bringing your ego's misgivings back to Source.

Now that you've been with us for the entire 30 day Quest, I'll now introduce you to 9 Day Quest.

On DAY 1:
ORIGINS

Just like in the 30 Day Quest, list your intentions during Exercise 1. Again, the more intentions you choose, the more "scattered" your Quest might become. I recommend choosing no more than four intentions.

During Exercise 2, list the benefits of each of your intentions…

Examples:
Intention # 1: Write an online blog.
Intention # 2: Continue to log my reflections about my ACIM (A Course In Miracles) work
Intention # 3: Schedule 10 hours to demonstrate the SpiriSculpt method with personal training clients
Intention # 4: Make a video to advertise SpiriSculpt online

Example: Intention # 1 - Write an online blog.

Benefits:
1. Connect with others.
2. Start circulating the material.
3. Use the work to develop relationships to facilitate a client base.

Repeat with the next intention on Exercise 3 and so on.

On DAY 2: SHADOWS

With each intention identify the Critical Gap and emotion associated with it.

Intention # 1: Write an online blog.

Critical Gap: Writing the blog is a matter of making time to edit and post my material. If I really focus my attention and energies I can have the whole book up in 2 weeks. My gap includes “time” and “energy”.

Emotion: Anger/Frustration because time is scarce and I don’t know if the writing quality I want will be evident in a second draft of this book.

On DAY 3: HELPING HANDS

Calibrate the emotion and go “one up”.

(One emotion up from "Anger" is "Pride".)

Anger: I’m frustrated about my lack of technical skills.
I’m frustrated about how hard as I might try, the work will never be perfect.
I’m frustrated with figuring out what content to include in the last chapter.
I’m frustrated with how to end on a solid note.

Pride: I’m proud that I know enough about online blogging to get
SpiriSculpt circulating.
I’m proud that the work is effective and in some ways ahead of its time.
I’m proud of including this 9 Day Quest idea for mastery during the last chapter.
I’m proud that I have finished this work for now.

(Continue to calibrate "one emotion up" for each one of your intentions.)

On DAY 4: DESERTS

Start by calibrating your general emotions if you begin your workout in a “lower” emotional state. If you’re feeling good then continue to calibrate each intention.

(I was feeling good about my intentions. Therefore, I calibrated up one more emotion for each intention.)

Courage: Courage is telling someone about my book.
Courage is having the audacity to say that I believe this work is ahead of its time.
Courage is following through with my own 9 Day Quest which includes my intentions of writing a blog, generating 8-10 hours of group work based on SpiriSculpt, as well as my Course In Miracles devotions.
Courage is putting the work down and saying it’s done for now.

On DAY 5: PLOT TWISTS

If you haven’t already started calibrating each intention on DAY 4, do that now on DAY 5. Continue to calibrate each intention up the scale. Again, it's only necessary to go up one emotion.

Don't forget to change the intensity of your physical workouts at this point.

Trust: I trust my friends and current clients will thrive from incorporating the SpiriSculpt work.
I trust my own results as a testament to the effectiveness of this material.
I trust the 9 Day Quest will be effective after going through the 30 Day Quest at least 3 times.
I trust that this work is complete enough to post online.

On DAY 6: DARK NIGHT

Calibrate up one more and do the See/Hear/Feel technique.

(One emotion up from "Trust" is "Willingness/Determination"

I’m willing to post one chapter a day until SpiriSculpt is completely available online.
I see my new business cards with the website address on it.
I see myself passing out these cards.
I see a full List of Chapters where others can click on a specific phase of the Quest.

I hear someone asking specific questions about the Interactive Emotional Exercises.
I hear myself pressing the “Enter” button to post this last chapter.
I hear myself reading excerpts from the book aloud at a group training session.

I feel light because my workouts bring me closer to Source.
I feel my heart expanding because in some way I have the sensation that I’m giving others access to their dreams.
I feel connected.

On DAY 7: TRANSCENDENCE

Go as many “Layers Deep” with your questions for each intention.

Question 1: How does posting the SpiriSculpt Blog support your other intentions?

Answer 1: From the Giving/Receiving Dynamic, which was the key insight of my last Quest, I believe that giving people access will change their lives if they choose to follow the SpiriSculpt journal. I believe once others get to know my training method it will lead to relationships with group and personal training clients.

Question 2: How does allowing people access to the SpiriSculpt blog help you understand the Giving/Receiving Dynamic on a deep level?

Answer 2: I’ve made a goal to make a certain amount of money per year training. It’s a figure that is more than I’ve ever made on a yearly basis. This is what my ego wants so I don’t take it too seriously. I already have infinite value at my disposal now, I merely want to change the symbolic form of this value into money. I truly believe that a physical copy of my book is worth $20, with the workbook being $30. Therefore, just by handing out a card, including a website providing access to this material, would be worth at least $50. Now if someone follows the program every day for 30 days, I figure that’s almost the equivalent of having a Personal Trainer AND Life Coach at their disposal. I’m frugally estimating that value at about $100/day or $3000 for all 30 Days. Considering I’m ordering 250 cards during the first wave of circulation, that means the monetary value of what I’m potentially giving away is $750,000. Add in the $50 material cost per book/workbook calculated above, then that’s $760,500!

Some people would say I’m crazy for giving that much away. But according to my belief in the Giving/Receiving Dynamic, to give is the same as receiving. If I’m transferring out what could be measured at over $750,000 then that value is also being received in some form or another. My yearly income goal is not $750,000 so I’ll either be receiving that much in monetary value or in some other symbolic form.

(And continue your questions for as deep as you want to go with all of your intentions.)

On DAY 8: CLIMAX

Take action during the day to bring your intentions to fruition. Again, during your workout either make a plan for each action step or journal your reflections about taking your action steps after the fact. Try to have physical proof that each intention has now been supported by an action step.

“My mission was to edit and post one chapter per day of the book SpiriSculpt. My proof is being able to access these first eight chapters on the internet.”

On DAY 9: DESTINY

Create a new Quest based on the one you just completed.

“My next 9 Day Quest will revolve around posting the rest of the book and writing the last chapter highlighting this 9 Day Quest process. After that my Quests will include meeting with people and communicating the value of the business cards which has a direct link to the SpiriSculpt book and journal. Other Quests will be shooting the Group Training Video and launching a Group Training Website."
