A. OPENING THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:
Sitting in a café today and reflecting on this Quest. As I look ahead, I’m aware that my next Quest will be dedicated to making this material into a career. It seems relevant to say, once again, that the “Boon” of my Quest is the idea that giving and receiving are one in truth. This is where my inner and outer worlds have merged. My Course in Miracles work has been dedicated recently to seeing everything as “God”.
When I think about the Giving/Receiving dynamic, I have been able to map out how I want to work 40-48 hours as a trainer working with the Quest coaching practices. This gives me “time” as “riches” to give out. By combining the physical exercises (dividing them up into Full Body, Core, Arms, Legs and Boxing/Martial Arts) with the Emotional Exercises (the 9 phases of the Quest) I have concluded that I can run 48 classes, taking group clients between 3-5 members, and have a very promising career. I’ve set my schedule up so that I can work early in the morning, have the day between 10am to 6pm off, and then be available the rest of the time to be a father. The idea of making this arrangement as my life plan has brought peace to my mind. I want to surround myself with physical exercise and the material in this book as a light to guide me.
B. DREAM ENTRY
Again, I had lucid dreams of creation. Everything I thought about was instantly created.
C. Today’s Emotional Exercises are very specific.
Exercise 1: Identify your intentions from this Quest. Looking back in retrospect, now state what those intentions mean to you today. (Representing ORIGINS.)
Exercise 2: Identify your next Quest. Identify three to four new intentions for this upcoming Quest. (ORIGINS)
Exercise 3: Identify the Critical Gap and Emotion associated for each intention from this past 60 Day Quest. (Representing SHADOWS.)
Exercise 4: Do the same thing for your “Future Quest”. (SHADOWS)
Exercise 5: Calibrate “Three Levels” of emotions for each intention for your past 60 Day Quest. (Example: Pride to Courage to Trust.) (Representing HELPING HANDS.)

After Set 1: What does your first intention mean to you today?
(a) “Confidence” was a term I used to mean “get a better body” when comparing myself to others. My body is a means of communication and it is a strong one. Confidence to me today means letting go of judgments (comparisons) and seeing myself as (a) Son of God.
After Set 2: What does your second intention mean to you today?
(b) My spiritual life has now become a spiritual habit. Even when I don’t have time or energy to write this book, my Course in Miracle work is in full blossom and will offer me access to salvation within myself for this lifetime.
After Set 3: What does your third intention mean to you today?
(c) The book will never be completed but can be shared today. As I develop Body Sculpting for Spiritual People (“Spiri-Sculpt”?) I can offer this material as an interactive blog and can always update, modify, or add onto what I’ve established these last 30 days.
After Set 4/Between Sets: If applicable, hat does your fourth intention mean to you today?
(d) Just like with “Increased Confidence”, “Becoming a New Person” is re-centering myself and associating with my Oneness instead of my ego. This has been developed through practicing the emotional calibrations. Ego is associated with anything below “Forgiveness/Acceptance”. Oneness is associated with Clarity, Love, Peace, Joy and Enlightenment.

After Set 1: What does your first intention mean to you?
(a) It’s time to share this work. I don’t expect the material or book to be a success. I want it to serve as complementary material to the work I do one-on-one with people or in small groups. This material is offered for those who choose to go deeper with their Quest practices.
After Set 2: What does your second intention mean to you?
(b) I’ve used online resources and video production in the past to build interactive groups. Now I can justify intentionally creating small, personalized groups and charging a minimal fee which, when leveraged with the time and quantity of the hours I’m willing to work, should lead me to being fully immersed in this as a career.
After Set 3: What does your third intention mean to you?
(c) “A Course in Miracles” keeps me connected to my higher Self. If what the material is saying is true, then "I" am creating the material in ACIM right when I need to hear it. Or, possibly, the super-conscious is creating it while my ego "experiences" it. Reading the passages and doing the workbook demonstrates my choice to stay connected. When I am “connected” everything in the Quest makes sense to me.
After Set 4/Between Sets: If applicable, hat does your fourth intention mean to you?
(d) The “Giving/Receiving Dynamic” was the Boon of my last Quest. If would be foolish to let such a precious gem of information be lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. By making it a focal point as an intention in this Quest, I believe my power can only increase exponentially.

Increased Confidence: Gap is forgetting I am Oneness not separation or an ego.
After Set 1: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(a) Acceptance: Being in this moment I see no other truth. I recognize that any time my ego “separates” me from this Truth then I need only to accept it again.
Identify the Critical Gap from your second intention:
Rich Spiritual Life: No gap. I have a very rich spiritual life.
After Set 2: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(b) Joy: I associate joy with my spiritual life because it is helping me make connections with my destiny and other people through my recently created online “Question Circle”.
Identify the Critical Gap from your third intention:
Develop Content for Book: Time is the gap on this one. I will need to set aside time to write a future version that's developed enough to post online.
After Set 3: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(c) Trust: I trust that my persistence on this is in tact. Where at times I used to have a gap of motivation, and therefore of energy, I now have motivation in abundance. Time will then be made because of this motivation and I trust that.
Identify the Critical Gap from your fourth intention:
New Person in 30 Days: No gap. I am a new person focused on Source and aware of my ego’s self imposed limitations.
After Set 4: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(d) Acceptance: It’s the same as the confidence intention. I’ve been given the answer and I’ve accepted it.

Blog: Critical Gap is finishing this copy of the book. So the gap is "resources" in which I have to create the resource of having all the material completed and somewhat edited.
After Set 1: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(a) Willingness: I am willing to now finish these 30 days without delay. Having laid out the next four intentions for a new Quest I am willing to get jump-started on the next 30 days.
Identify the Critical Gap from your second intention for your Future Quest:
8-10 Hours of New Career: Gap is resources and therefore time.
After Set 2: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(b) Pride: I’m proud of the ability to make a video and website of what I intend to do. I have to wait for the resources to line up: good weather, ask people to help me create a video, and enough time to promote the group training.

A Course in Miracles: Gap is time, finding holes in my day to continue reading the material. I have been very consistent in doing the workbook every night and don’t foresee that being hindered.
After Set 3: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(c) Clarity: I’m clear that this material is serving my Quest very well. Because of that clarity I know there will be beneficial results.

Giving/Receiving Dynamic: Gap is energy and knowledge.
After Set 4: What emotion do you associate with this Gap?
(d) Trust: I trust there is something to this insight though I don’t fully understand it yet. I trust that it’s important enough to explore it more fully in the next 30 days.
5. Exercise 5: Reverse Crunches with Leg Raises

(a) Clarity: I am clear that I am connected to Source. This provides action and results based on what I’ve created with my mind.
Love: I appreciate the richness of every mind who chooses to understand.
Joy: Immersing myself in this work has brought to me a perfect life.
After Set 2: Do a 3 to 4 step calibration for your second intention.
(b) Peace: I am at peace with my spiritual life. I am at peace knowing I can create the next moment, offering “Peace” as my treasure.
Enlightenment: Source allows me to create in this way.
After Set 3: Do a 3 to 4 step calibration for your third intention.
(c) Willingness: I am willing to finish DAY 28 and be satisfied with today’s entry.
Acceptance: I accept that daily, consistent action will provide quality content to this book.
Clarity: I am clear about the importance of these calibrations as the heart and soul of this Quest process.

(d) Clarity: (It's not necessary to do calibrations here because of the “Increase Confidence” intention above.)
6. Exercise 6: Side Plank Crunch with V Ups

(a) Acceptance: I accept that this moment I need to finish DAY 28. I accept that daily consistent action will make this blog high in content quality.
Clarity: I’m clear that my writing style doesn’t have to be perfect because my intention is not to publish, but to interact with my personal connections.
Love: I love and appreciate that I’m now immersed in this work, even before I’ve created a full time career and an interactive e-book/blog out of these ideas.
After Set 2: Do a 3 to 4 step calibration for your second intention.
(b) Trust: I trust that I will have a modest response in interest on my “Spiri-Sculpt” program. I trust that daily, consistent action will help it to grow into a full-fledged career.
Willingness: I am willing to plan out my future daily schedule, write a story board for my video, and ask people to participate.
Acceptance: I accept that the Giving/Receiving Dynamic, when properly reflected on, will guide me to the right people truly wanting to receive the riches I have to offer.

(c) Love: I have learned to love myself and therefore love the connection inspired by everyone in front of me. I love that I see the Source in all people within this moment while writing here in the café.
Joy: Joy is allowing this understanding to be carried into the next moment once my laptop is closed.
Peace: I am at Peace knowing that the moment I leave this cafe, sit down in my car, this feeling will follow me throughout the rest of the evening.

(d) Willingness: I am willing to make the Giving/Receiving Dynamic an official intention on the next Quest so I may understand it on a more profound level and enjoy it’s benefits.
Acceptance: For now I accept that I can be in a constant state of “giving” my treasures of knowledge, Light, and Love.
Clarity: I am aware of this right now and can put it to use.
